Project schedulers are responsible for creating and managing systems that plan, monitor, control, and report the progress and performance of projects and programs. They focus on improving work efficiencies and ensuring the timely delivery of Defence capabilities.
“As a Project Scheduler I am responsible for the preparation and management of Integrated Project Master Schedules, providing scheduling, earned value and project controls reports for External Maintenance Availabilities (EMA’s), Defect Rectification Periods (DRP’s) and Maintenance Window Opportunities (MWO’s).
I was excited to pursue a career in the defence industry because the dynamic nature of the industry and community provides limitless opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
